I Am Not Alone Workshop 4MYLIFERX advocates for behavior modification and foster care for late adolescents, focusing on emotion regulation training for those in foster care or state wards. It emphasizes aiding the transition to independent living to help individuals overcome trauma responses and distorted thinking. The organization prioritizes reducing recidivism among justice-involved youth as they mature. 4MYLIFERX aims to facilitate the transition to independence and adulthood for successful behavior modification.

Mindfulness Lunch & Learn: Interested in the benefits of mindfulness? 4MYLIFERX Lunch & Learn offers 60 minutes of interactive exercises. Mindfulness encompasses various forms that collectively benefit mood regulation and decision-making in the prefrontal cortex. The program helps manage anger, enhance focus, address anxiety, and promote emotional balance. Our services particularly support children exhibiting adverse behavior and emotional mismanagement.

Diversity & Inclusion Workshop, This workshop emphasizes the importance of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) by fostering inclusivity across backgrounds, nationalities, and genders. Participants will enhance their appreciation for diverse cultures and communities, focusing on promoting respect and value for all. 4MYLIFERX aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence for personal and professional success. Embracing EDI will boost participants' self-awareness and help them become responsible, dignified adults, guiding them in navigating societal complexities and finding their place in the world.

Life Goals Workshop, 4MYLIFERX emphasizes the importance of setting clear goals for individuals transitioning from foster care or justice-involved environments. Without a plan, a goal is merely a dream. The Life Goals Workshop is tailored for aging-out foster care youth, adolescents, and young adults, providing essential steps and strategies to achieve their goals. Many lack the skills to address challenges like housing, employment, financial management, and education post-release. The workshop equips them with tools, including worksheets, handouts, role-play exercises, and resources, to succeed in independent living.
